Meet Our Team

Mathis Lueker Real Estate was founded in December 2005 by Jeff Lueker, Trish Lueker, and Beth Mathis Clark (retired 2015). With over 60 years of combined experience, the partners have always centered their business philosophy around our Mission Statement:

To cultivate a company which expands by virtue of our excellence in customer service, and to provide a positive impact on community growth and development.

In early 2006, the company purchased its current location at 809 S Washington Street where we remain today. The company began to grow quickly with the addition of several licensed professional agents. Our Realtors are all experienced in multiple segments of the real estate market including residential, new construction, multifamily, and commercial real estate.

With customer service always at the forefront of our minds and a desire to serve the broadest population, we are members of multiple MLS organizations which cover the cities of Manhattan, Junction City, Salina, Chapman, Ogden, Milford, Clay Center, and more.

Over the years, we have focused on the growth of the company by the addition of more sales agents as well as starting a rental management division in 2009. The rentals department proudly oversees the management of hundreds of single family homes, apartment buildings, duplexes, and converted single family dwellings in a 50 mile radius of our office.

Our Mathis Lueker Real Estate team strives to help homeowners and buyers reach their goals in real estate through outstanding customer service, attention to detail, extensive experience, market knowledge, and professionalism. Our Managers, Brokers, and Sales Associates provide an unmatched experience to our customers and work diligently to bring every transaction to a smooth and successful close.

Jeff graduated from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, with a degree in Business Administration. After graduation, he became Regional Manager of a six-state area for Phoenix Hudson Health Care Corporation in Kansas City. Under his direction, this company grew from a small mom-and-pop business to a leader in the healthcare staffing industry. Jeff left Phoenix Hudson for a position with the Junction City/Geary County Economic Development Commission. Jeff’s primary responsibility included recruiting new businesses to the Junction City area. Several notable accomplishments in which he played a significant role were the recruitment of the John Q. Hammons Hotel and Convention Center, Bank of America, Cracker Barrel, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Coach’s Bar and Grill, Staples Office Supply store, and CATO’s clothing store.

Jeff supervised the completing of a major downtown redevelopment project, including new storefronts and a streetscape project. With his experience in economic development, Jeff earned his broker’s license and now specializes in commercial real estate.

Trish graduated from The University of Kansas in Lawrence in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications. In 1989, while attending college, she obtained her real estate license. After college, Trish worked as an Account Manager at Apartment Search, a Kansas City Company specializing in leasing corporate space and residential properties. Soon after, Trish obtained her Kansas Real Estate Broker’s License and entered the Junction City Real Estate market full-time as a Broker Associate. Since then, she has enjoyed working in all types of Real Estate, including residential, new construction, commercial, land/lots, and multifamily unit sales. Trish then turned her focus to building the Mathis Lueker Rentals division into the area’s top customer service-driven Property Management firm. Currently, Trish serves as the company’s supervising broker.
